The basic data stored in the register consists of:

  • The person's name

  • Contact details (phone number, email address, address)
  • Company name and Business ID
  • Purchase history
  • Data stored by cookies
  • Other potential information, such as data related to the customer relationship, ordered products, and services.

The data controller stores personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the Customer, and for three years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Legal basis and purpose of data processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation is:

  • Processing of orders, invoicing, and payment monitoring
  • Maintenance and management of the customer relationship
  • Marketing in its various forms
  • Market, opinion, and other research
  • Analysis of statistics, for example, by Google Analytics.
  • Other purposes related to web services

Recipients and processors of personal data

Third parties processing the customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Data Controller. These subcontractors' services are necessary for the execution of the contract between the Data Controller and the Customer regarding the procurement and processing of electronic orders. Data is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

The Data Controller's subcontractors are:

  • Webnode AG (webshop system)
  • Shipping companies
  • Google Analytics (website analytics)

Cookies

sensehairpro.fi uses cookies to make the user experience customized and smooth. A cookie is a small text file that is temporarily stored on the user's device. Cookies are used in almost all web services, and they may not function properly without them.

Registered individuals have other rights in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of personal data processing in certain situations. If a person wishes to verify the data stored about them or request a correction, requests must be sent in writing to the data controller at info@sensehairpro.fi. The data controller requires the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe stipulated by the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Security of personal data

When register data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is handled appropriately. The Data Controller ensures that the stored data, as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data, are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes these tasks.

Payment service provider

The payment service provider Stripe processes your data as an independent data controller in accordance with its own register and privacy statement.

Final provisions

By placing an order on the Sense Hair Pro website, the Customer declares that they are aware of all personal data protection terms and accepts them in full.

The Data Controller may update these rules at any time. The latest updated version must be published on this website.
